the location is very good. i could walk to the opera house and some shops nearby. the staff was kind and attentive.
the hotel did not offer help with heavy luggage upon arrival. i was traveling with my kids and could have used some help. a bug was flying around in our room. i had to smash it myself after waiting for assistance.

the breakfast was amazing!!! i loved the selections. i appreciated how helpful the staff were at all times. they handled a change in my travel plans with ease. i found everyone i encountered to be so helpful and kind.
i would say that the public parking was an additional charge.

I found the location INCREDIBLY convenient. It allowed quick access to main attractions. The breakfast offered a variety of options, from fresh pastries to hot dishes. Staff members were always available and ready to assist with any request. I liked the upgraded room with city views. It enhanced my stay.
The bathroom lacked sufficient shelf space. this made it slightly difficult to organize personal items.

The location is very convenient to many attractions.
The service was below expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I had to ask multiple times for basic items. The housekeeping was inconsistent. They often left cups unwashed and did not replenish amenities. i was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail.

The breakfast buffet had fresh prosciutto. It also had oysters and prosecco. The hotel booked a taxi to the airport for me on January 1st. The executive driver arrived on time, charmed me.
The public underground valet parking outside the hotel was a bit confusing to navigate at first, but I sorted it out.

I was a bit let down by a couple of things. the room service charge of 10 euros felt excessive. The prices already seemed quite marked up. also, receiving only one small complimentary bottle of water per day seemed a bit stingy. The average room rate is fairly high.

i observed that the carpet was not vacuumed. there was some hair in the tub. dust bunnies kept appearing in the bathroom .
